1. Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

            Orders  are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated  

            and displayed at checkout. Shipping time depends on product availability and

            delivery destination.  Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

                 Standard Shipping 5–7 business days- Calculated at checkout or Free

                 Expedited Shipping 2–3 business days- Calculated at checkout

                 Overnight Delivery 1 business day- Calculated at checkout

NOTE: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses: www.friendhof.com ships to addresses

            within the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation

             email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Tracking

             numbers will be active within 24–48 hours.

5. Delivery: Delivery is handled by third-party carriers, and options may vary.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: www.friendhof.com is not responsible for any customs and

            taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the

            responsibility of the customer (including tariffs and taxes).

7. Damages: www.friendhof.com is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

          If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a

          claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
